On February 9, 2017, Mrs. Fanou visited Houston to meet with Dr. Seagoin Paces School. Dr. Seago explained his Paces education system the Fan Zhou delegation. The Greater China region is the fastest growing section in IFMA’s global territory. Mrs. Zhou is the managing director of IFMA China.

The US headquarters seek to enhance the education and training with the advanced educational technologies and concepts. Dr. Seago is one of the founders of Paces School system. The unique of Paces system is to cultivate tomorrow’s outstanding national leaders in an integrated educational program. Dr. Seago is the member of advisory board of IFMA.Dr. Seago’s vision is to share tips & tricks and learn from one another. The students in agroup work on a project together to facilitate learning. IFMA wants to utilize Paces’ educational vision into IFM program and help its members around the world to be leaders in global financial arenas.

It is significant progress for IFMA’s core value: to enhance the quality of financial education and improve the collegiate financial education experience by encouraging educational research, curriculum development, creative pedagogy and professional development. Dr. Seago and Director Zhou discussed the plan to introduce Paces Education System to the Greater China region. IFM China and China Youth Langdun Education and Culture Technology Limited Co. will cooperate with Paces School for establishing a international educational program in the Greater China region.

Educational transformation is on its way in China. Both college education and professional education face great changes. To educate tomorrow’s leaders is the key for the success in financial management profession.
